I began working with the marketing team in May of 2019 to help refresh the brand of TopLine MD, and B2C service that focused on providing quality and consistent healthcare services to it's patients through their affiliated network of privately owned practices.
One of the company's projects was the refresh of their referral app for in-network physicians. I was asked to put together a comprehensive guide built from the approved re-brand guidelines that we had so far. As I navigated the app I put together a comprehensive list of the elements that would be needed not just for the app as it currently was, but for any future development it might need.
